The Seven South Street Inn, now a three room Guest House, is a Historic 1766 Colonial located in the South Street Historic District of Rockport, MA. We’re a short walk to Old Garden Beach and the Village Center with restaurants, many shops, art galleries and the Shalin Liu Performance Center. We are located 40 miles North of Boston, by car. The MBTA commuter rail station is one mile from the Inn and a one hour ride to and from Boston. Using the Seven South Street Inn as your home base, explore Salem-30 minutes away, Lexington/Concord is 1 hour, Historic Portsmouth, NH is just over an hour and Kittery ME is one hour and fifteen minutes drive. Seven South Street Inn, Guest House offers 3 well appointed guest rooms, all with private baths. Your accommodation is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to our arrival following the strict CDC cleaning protocols. Each room is equipped with a full amenity center with Frig/Freezer, Microwave and Keurig coffee maker as well as dishes, glasses and flatware. All your extra amenities and breakfast items can be order prior to your arrival for a quiet in room breakfast including a loaf of my homemade sweetbread. All our rooms have a flat screen HDTV, Bose Wave Radios, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. For your safety the three rooms we will have available this season have separate outside entrances. At the Seven South Street Inn we are dedicated to making your stay with us as comfortable and memorable as possible. In a continued effort to keep our Guests, employees as well as ourselves safe from any current virus we ask that all guests that enter the office or hallways to wear a mask. We also ask that you sanitize your hands when entering the office as well as when returning to your room. In our attempt to keep your room sanitized and free of virus we do provide a bottle of hand sanitizer for use during your stay so.
